Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ship only to addresses within the United States where kratom is legal.

7. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund, subject to our return policy. Certain products may be ineligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
