Important California Shipping Policy Notice

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) currently regulates kratom as an unapproved food additive under state administrative guidelines. However, kratom is not classified as a controlled substance under California law, and personal possession remains legal statewide.

To maintain regulatory compliance, Naturally Nurtured follows the policies below for all California shipments.

Assumption of Risk. Orders shipped to verified California addresses outside of restricted municipalities are processed entirely at the buyer's risk. Naturally Nurtured makes no representations regarding local administrative enforcement actions, postal inspections, or actions taken by California health authorities. We do not provide refunds, replacements, or store credits for packages that are delayed, intercepted, confiscated, or otherwise affected by state or local administrative agencies.

Local Municipal Restrictions. Several California cities and counties have enacted local ordinances prohibiting the sale, delivery, or distribution of kratom. Naturally Nurtured will automatically block and cancel any order destined for the following jurisdictions:

• City of San Diego (all ZIP codes)
• City of Oceanside (all ZIP codes)
• San Mateo County (unincorporated areas)
• City of Jurupa Valley (all ZIP codes)
• City of Newport Beach (all ZIP codes)

By completing a purchase with a California shipping address, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• Your shipping address is located outside of the restricted municipalities listed above.
• You understand and accept all risks associated with shipment into California.

Naturally Nurtured is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada.

• Insulated packaging may be used during warmer months when appropriate.
• Temperature stability cannot be guaranteed once a shipment is in transit.
• Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages to prevent product degradation.

• Naturally Nurtured is not responsible for stolen packages.
• Customers should file claims directly with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs of both the packaging and the affected products for review.
