Transit & Delivery

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

• Customers should file claims directly with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs of both the packaging and the affected products for review.
